Land training earlier.


Call time: 6:30 PM at Kallang Riverside Park

Circuit training again with weights and then stations set up for abdominals. We also did high knees. Noticed that there were fewer in attendance. Maybe down to three sub-groups working out together instead of about five or six previously. I think Training Comm has made more stations available (6 can do the same exercise at one time) which means we can get through it faster.

We had dinner at Kallang 5. Happy Birthday Suzie!
