We are trying this new thing where we’ll have lunch at a new place along Telok Ayer every Wednesday. Some places are pricier so we’ll throw in cheaper options along the way.

First stop: Moosehead Kitchen Bar

Located right outside Telok Ayer MRT Exit B, you can’t miss it since it’s inside the last shophouse (corner).

Like most shophouses along this stretch, the dining area is narrow (seats and tables on one side). The kitchen area is tucked in the back. There are tall tables with stools outside.

I ordered the Beef Burger main (comes with fries). I added bacon (which was what led us all the way to the other end of Telok Ayer). $22.00 in total.

Being a fast foodie, this was FAR from the McDonalds fare lol. Like, one bite reminded me of the 4th of July. Like a real grilled beef patty. The barbecue sauce we used for the fries was finger-lickin’ good.

Compliments to the wait staff too.
